The WAY to WOW Shows Money in Motion - Episode 1 June 17, 2026 Automatically generated from YouTube captions; names and wording may contain errors. [0:02] Who are you? And [music] where are you going? What [music] do you want? [0:18] >> Hey, it worked this time. Cool. Well, hello and welcome to people making money. I'm your host Kevin Demel and this is the second episode of the mini series that my colleagues John and JC are doing called money in motion. So, if you didn't see the the introductory episode, I invite you to go back to or go to whatever platform you're you're watching this on or listening to this on YouTube, Spotify, Apple podcast and check that out. That'll give you an [0:53] overview of where we're going to be headed over the next several weeks. So, we're really here to help you learn about the third part of the repertoire that I've been doing on people making money this year, which is wealth building. So, I I'm going to in a minute have my my co-presenters talk give you just a little bit about their background, but we're bringing together literally a century of experience in helping you figure out what are your [1:28] financial goals, how do you how do you want to build wealth, how do you actually do it, right? So, without further ado, you know what, JC, why don't you go first this this this week and tell us [1:41] >> Hey, great, I get to go first this time. Thank you so much, Kevin. I appreciate it. Man, it's a pleasure to be here. My background is real simple. I've been in the financial services industry for over 32 years and growing. I've been blessed to be exposed to some great mentors, some wonderful people, fellow employees, and lead multiple organizations across those years and at present. And a lot of that has surrounded and provided me an opportunity of investment, understanding, equipping, strategy, and structure. Things that we'll be talking about having a great foundation and moving forward with a great plan. [2:18] >> That's outstanding. And John, give us give us give us the uh the elevator pitch. [2:22] >> Yeah, the boys are back in town. I'm really excited to be with you guys here again. It's really cool. Um you know, I I'm I'm just [2:29] >> makes me think of the Buzz Boys from [2:31] >> I have that in the back of my mind. The boys are back in town. Back of my mind. The boys are back in town. You know, uh real estate become a platform for me. I I fell in love with real estate 25 years ago and um it's it's given me uh such joy. It's given me blessings and gifts that uh I I could never have thought of and dreamed of. It's given me the opportunity to start a business, to raise capital for multi-million-dollar projects, bringing investors together, and and really raising capital as a group to be able to go out and participate in multi-million-dollar [3:06] projects. So, I've owned and operated a real estate investment company for third over 13 years now, raised over 45 million dollars across a platform of 33 amazing projects, hundreds of millions of dollars of assets under management from these these projects we're in. And uh look, I I love to help folks. I want to take this education and the the experience I have and I want to trench that over not just to my kids and my family, but to people out there that we can bring this to. So, I'm really excited about this and given what I'm doing now and coaching and educating and continuing to grow my business and my connections and relationships. This is [3:41] nowhere that I want to be right now with you two gentlemen and the amazing group that's going to be watching these uh these these videos. [3:47] >> Oh man, JC, we're going to have to pay him another 20 bucks. [3:50] >> [laughter] [3:52] >> Got you, buddy. [3:54] >> So, I mean. [3:56] >> [laughter] [3:57] >> So, last episode we we introduced this concept John that that you developed called the wealth pyramid. And on on this episode we're going to take some time and take the time I should say and focus on these foundational elements, right? Before we launch on any kind of adventure, we got to make sure we got all the right tools in our pack or or our duffel bag or you know, whatever it is we're carrying around. So, while while the bulk of the series [4:32] is going to focus on the accelerators of wealth, before we accelerate we want to make sure we're knowing we know where from where we're launching. So, so so John, why don't you why don't you start us out on on the kind of the the bottom row of the pyramid there? [4:48] >> Absolutely. Whenever you're starting out with something, it there's always an education piece. My dad always taught me there's the book smarts and the street smarts and you really want to build those together. Um getting mentors, listening to people and today and and with technology with with AI and with podcasts and you can you can really grow your education at a pace that jeez, when I had hair you could only do it at a snail's pace. But now with everything that you have with technology and out there and people are doing it, your education can be grown so quickly and you can customize it for yourself. [5:24] Education's important, you need to know how to budget, you need to know how much you're going to put into your savings account, you need to know how to put together a network statement. What do your assets and your liabilities look like? What's that bottom line number mean? How do I crush the liability number and how do I get the assets going up and generating that through education and awareness, Uh, understanding the the financial landscape, the the markets, what's going on big picture, so important. And then that education's going to be with you throughout your journey. When you start becoming a real estate investor, you you start becoming a traditional investor, that education is always there. Uh, we [6:00] can attest, we've been doing this for almost 100 years combined, we're still learning stuff every day, and it's a great journey. Uh, the last part of that bottom row, along with education and and awareness, is savings is so important uh, from from anywhere from hey, I got a daughter that's getting married maybe in the next couple years to hey, I want to go buy a house or holy cow, the hot water heater broke or I need a new roof, right? So, you always want to have that savings account there just to give you that warm and fuzzy. And that's something that you can really base your mindset off of when you you know what you're you want to have that for. Travel, uh, again, any [6:36] emergency funds. God forbid you get hurt, you have that savings and it just takes a lot of that pressure off your plate. And then as you grow that education and awareness, the confidence kicks in, like John said in the last episode, and then energy kicks in to take you to that next tier, which I think John's going to cover, Kev, right? [6:53] >> Yeah. You know, one thought before we leave the bottom tier, and and this is something I stress whenever I'm working with with younger people, is that those those first two elements especially, the education and the awareness, they help develop the gut instinct. We can do all the analysis we want, but in the end, we have to decide either yes or no on a particular strategy, a particular investment, whatever it is. And there's no amount of analysis and data that is ever going to be able to say, you know, it's 100% this [7:32] and 0% that. So, the more we can educate ourselves, the more we can gain what I call that gut instinct, and sometimes that is in the end what we're going to have to go with understanding that okay, you know, I may be wrong, but hey, this is this is the decision I made. [7:51] >> Yeah, and then last thing too before we kick over to John is um you need to know who's on your team. We talked about this a little bit on the last episode. Who are those key members of the team that you're going to take with you on the rest of your journey? Who's my tax professional? Who's my financial advisor? Who's my attorney? Who's my uh real estate agent? My wealth strategist? My insurance agent? This is your team. These are the people that are going to go to war with you and help you help you grow your income, grow your wealth, protect your assets, and get you on that journey to financial freedom. [8:21] >> Yeah, great. [8:22] >> Well, you can you tell you're with military people when he says you're going to go to war with them. [8:26] >> Yeah, there you go. [8:28] >> Did you see me cringe when he said that? [8:30] >> [laughter] [8:31] >> I have a non-military friend that he he talks about battle and then I was like, "No, no, no. I assure you nothing we do in business is like, you know, like what happens in a war." [8:43] >> yeah. [8:45] >> You know, uh I'm so glad that you guys have really uh pounded away on this first level. You know, I think one thing that's important to understand, though there we talk about them as levels and foundational and we want to progress towards the top of the pyramid, all that's uh great, exciting, it's helpful to have direction and a pathway. I think it's important to understand that we actually never leave any of these elements. It's not like we do it and it check the box and it's over. Oh, I educated myself in '06. Yeah, well, that doesn't help you today, you know? [9:18] >> Right. [9:18] >> Uh and so the idea is that these are really ongoing things. The amount of savings you need has a whole lot to do with your exposure, your income, your assets, what you're doing. [9:29] >> So, you're telling me that if I saved up $10,000 once before and it's all gone now, I have to do it again? I can't just say, "Wait, I I did my SAVING STRATEGY." [9:42] >> I SAVED YEARS AGO. [9:44] >> RIGHT. SO, whether you spent it or you didn't, and also let's say you went from $200,000 a year income and you you really worked well with us and and and executed on your own strategy and you implemented well and now you're earning a million dollars a year and you've extra your exposure across the nation or across multiple places on the planet. Maybe $10,000 or $100,000 is insufficient savings. I know there's a lot of high earners out there that haven't got fully rich yet. They're earning well, but they're trying to translate income into wealth and we're here to help with that. As that [10:20] occurs, maybe they had too much in savings. Maybe they had 2-300 grand sitting in savings because they didn't know what to do with it yet. They hadn't gotten there. And or they got burned and they lost it or they were smart and they waited and they're trying to find the right plan before they act and hopefully we can help that. And if that occurs, maybe they would shift their savings down a little bit because it might have been excessive for their position in life. So, it's a constantly ebb and flowing. That's just one category. Your debts are things you're going to be facing as your lifestyle changes and that's at the next level that I was going to speak about is debt strategy. I think ultimately, you know, the majority [10:57] of debt is probably best to eliminate. There are some better debt than I don't know if any debt's great, but some debt is better than other debt. As far as the style of debt, the way it's compounded or simple interest, those types of things. And then looking at protection. Really what we're talking about on all these categories is there's one philosophy I think it's important to note and maybe you know, remind yourself of is there's always personal timing and personal situations and then there's market timing and overarching economics. So, the idea if you think of each of these [11:32] categories, it what I love about it is that it requires an awareness and an alertness and a research into what's going on around you as well as focusing on yourself, uh categorizing, numerically documenting, and then acting upon that plan based upon both sets of of parameters cuz I see most investors or most people I meet they might be either focused and worried about what's going on the economy, but they didn't take the time to fix their own plan for themselves and act on what's important for them, or they're so self-focused [12:07] they failed to take the time to create awareness. So I love that word in and level one there of financial awareness and market awareness. It's important that we have given taken both categories. And that's required with insurance, right? We're involving a third party. We're we're realizing that we may or may not need to do that, but in in many situations there's a use or a requirement for insurances on things that we may do or want to do or act assets we already have. So if there's a need for insurance, whether it's required or elective, uh that requires input and counsel from outside parties and awareness about the [12:42] tools that are there and available to us and how best to use them as well as well, what are we protecting and who do we need to protect and what are we providing for and what's the purpose and what's an appropriate cost, you all that that that's comes to personal tied into principle and methodical. So I think this is give and take goes. [13:01] >> Because you you might be different, John, just to jump in, you know, you you may be someone that is um not married, single, and and you may be someone that's got four kids or six kids and nine grandkids and whatever like John has. So, you know, there's there's different ways of looking at this when you look at insurance. Um but it's important because it's it's definitely protecting you from something and making sure that your loved ones have something in case something happens to you. And that's the big thing. [13:31] >> That's right. I do want to take issue with with with when you were talking about debt strategy. So, I do not I come from the camp that um debt is a tool just like everything else. So, I know there were there were financial sort of gurus out there all debt bad, you should have no debt on your house for example. [13:52] >> Yeah. [13:52] >> [laughter] [13:52] >> I mean, the problem with that at least here in California is where the the the median home price is a million dollars. Your home debt exemption is only $600,000. So, if you get sued and you owe nothing on your house and your house is worth a million dollars, now you've got a $400,000 exposure. So, that's one reason why it may make sense to for example have debt on your house. But beyond that, I look at debt from a from a and and then we'll talk more about this in future episodes, but I think debt has to be looked at with [14:29] with with two with two things in mind. One is why are why is the debt being incurred and what kind of leverage is the debt bringing to you? [14:40] >> The old word, I love that. [14:42] >> it's almost always going to be a negative leverage. It's going to it's going to pull you down, right? But there are other types of debt that that can leverage you and help you move up and through the accelerators of wealth. And so, you know, I always tell and by the way, sometimes even credit card debt can be okay depending on why you're using it. Now, if you're, you know, eating out for dinner, you know, $500 a night every night, well, maybe not. But on the other hand, [15:17] when I was a young man, I started my business, all I had was credit cards. I funded I financed the startup of my business. That's all I could do. No bank was going to loan me money, right? So, I think That's why [15:29] >> Yeah, maybe the key here Kevin to go with what you're saying is I think so first of all, you know, I think advice matters according to who we're talking to and their circumstance with good principles and patterns associated with it. So, you know, we typically want to offer that on individual level, but I I know you're getting into some of the specific specifics just to get the point across that actually there's a use a proper use of all these if you look at them as financial tools. I think you guys laughed at me when we were talking a few weeks ago when I said you don't hang drywall with a screwdriver. Uh you [16:04] know, and so [16:06] >> we were laughing with you. Come on. [16:07] >> Well, okay, good. No, that that makes Okay, good. I appreciate the difference. So, you know, I think there's a proper use for all these things in the right setting for the right timing at with the you know, right structure and proper awareness uh because there are ways to use everything for your benefit, but only if you understand them and if you have an a plan and you have people around you and you know what you're doing. If there's If you don't, then you're just using them blindly, you can actually get hurt and that's what we're really here for is to help you [16:38] >> and it becomes and it becomes overwhelming, right John? I mean, I think if you're trying to tackle all of these at once, it's it's a challenge. That's why we want you to focus on looking at these at different levels. So, like you're you're moving on. It's a checklist, but it's not a you know, it's not a one-size-fits-all and it's not I got to do this all in one day, right? It's a journey. It's it's a journey. [17:01] >> There you go. That's the word I was looking for, brother. Journey. [17:04] >> It's a journey. I mean, look, we're all on this journey together, right? It's a good journey song, whatever you want to call it, right? No stop believing. Um but at the end of the day, it's [17:13] >> This is why he's not a singer, Kevin. [17:15] >> That's I'm I'm I'm a I'm a plane driver. Uh but at the end of the day, you're right. You've got to look at these things and say, I've got to put time and effort into these. But it's it's like I'm I'm doing this in parallel at my pace, at my comfort, and it takes work, right? I mean, you've got to put work into it. You're not a successful business owner, you're not a successful uh a person that's got a lot of wealth because, you know, you just sat back all day and and let everybody else do everything. Maybe, but I'd say 99% of those people are hard-working people that can take this model and put it into [17:51] play for them. And a lot of people are already doing it. It's just Oh, wow, I'm doing it. This is awesome. I I know what I'm doing now. [17:58] >> They put themselves in accountable situations, too, don't you think? Like whether it's personal advice and advisers or a plan or a goal, whatever it is, or maybe all of the above, everyone actually allows themselves to be accountable to either principles, patterns, advice, tools, people, or maybe all of that. And when they do, that's what keeps us on path. This journey is really ongoing. A lot of people we all think linearly. It's easier for our minds to think, you know, 1 + 1 = 2, or I start at zero and I go to two. You know, something along that line, but really we cycle. The journey is not just one time, one way. As we [18:34] talked about, we kind of cycle back and through. We have to have all these things in balance. We're always looking over and checking things. [18:42] >> It's really like a circular staircase. Hopefully, right? So, as we're making cycles, we're also advancing. And that that's that's the that's the sort of image I try to bring into people's minds. [18:51] >> Yeah, I like that, too. I mean, you've got to come down the stairs to close the garage before you go back up to go to bed, right? I mean, that's what you've got to do. But you're not standing there for 3 days learning how to turn the garage to close and open. You're down there, you close the garage, and you go back up. So, you did it. Great. Um you brought up a good point, John, accountability. Um I I love when folks have mentors on their team. Make sure you have a mentor or coach that can walk you through this, hold you accountable. Not necessarily to to get their approval, but to help have them help you grow in these areas. And that's why we're here. We want to be, [19:26] you know, a mentor or a coach, or some sort of person that can help you in these areas. And And it's very important. So, that's a great point you brought up, accountability on these. [19:34] >> Yeah. So, then looking at the the the third level of the foundations of wealth, right below cash flow management there. So, we you know, two items there, living trust, asset protection. Now, as someone who, you know, lives in in that world, um I actually would say, rather than living trust, it's really an estate plan. Right? It The fact of the matter is, not everybody is is is going to need a living trust. And in fact, I could even make a I could come up with a scenario where someone may not even need a will. I know that sounds sacrilegious to the people who practice in my area. [20:10] But, you know, you could have uh you know, $30 million in a you know, Fidelity brokerage account, and you can put a beneficiary on death on that account. And if you're renting where you live, you're done. You know, you lease your car, rent where you live, you're done. All you need is someone to cancel your passport and your driver's license. And you know, you're not even going to be in probate, right? So, but but I think the key thing here is the the earlier we [clears throat] put together the foundational elements of an estate plan, [20:46] the better you will be, because it needs to grow with you, with with with each of us. Right? So, for someone who's just starting out, they may a simple will may be enough. Okay? But, as we grow, as we move into the accelerators of wealth, so then it's going to get probably more complex, right? If you looked on my desk right behind me, you'd see a stack of papers. It's It's all the paperwork for uh an estate plan that includes uh four trusts. And um we've got multiple [21:24] entities that are owned by the trust, right? It's The reason it's sitting there is because the client is going to be coming into a lot of wealth. And so, we're setting up all of this in advance so that once properties start being transferred to them, it's just okay, this needs to go here, this needs to go there. All the structure, all the foundation is in place. [21:51] >> Yep. [21:52] >> Now, is this the foundation for all time? Probably not. It's going to morph. It's going to change. It's going to have to grow, right? And the estate plan is is It's kind of like the box, but that needs to be coupled with the asset protection. Some of the asset protection you see below, whether it's property and casualty insurance, whether it's a health policy, long-term care plan, whatever. Whether part of your asset protection is financial education and awareness. [22:24] >> Yep. [22:25] >> Important is knowing what you know. And I I I not a big fan of this, but right? We We all We have Most of us have no idea what we do not know. [22:34] >> I'm a big fan of that. [22:35] >> That gap in knowledge that is likely to be the biggest threat to our asset protection. [22:43] >> Yes, absolutely. [22:45] >> This is one of the main reasons why I I was so happy to partner with you two guys in in this uh in this mini-series because it'll help people sort of take Not that they have blinders on, but it'll sort of open the aperture and realize here's here's the a broader range of issues about which I need to be concerned. [23:10] >> Right. [23:11] >> Right? And what that does is it builds a stronger foundation if for no other reason now okay now I'm aware of these things okay I may not know what to do but I can I can get in touch with JC and he'll tell me what he'll he'll advise me or you know John will John will help me with this or whatever. I think that's you know that's the element and and this is going back to what you were saying JC. While we're showing these as levels they they all interact really it seems to me. [23:42] >> Yes. On a continuum and I think you know if maybe I'll share one more tip that I've learned over the years and I've observed and it's actually statistically proven numerous times and we give Howard Markowitz credit for it when he created this this comment and this idea and that is that 98.4% of someone's long-term success whether it's something that's going to take 15 years or longer 98.4% of the success of that actually happening is found in one simple thing. [24:17] Do you think it would be nice to know what that one thing is? [24:21] >> I think so. [24:22] >> Pretty high percentage right? So it's going to give us a lot better opportunity and it's actually already on the screen but the label of it is not and that is asset allocation. And so what we're talking about is asset allocation is the delineation the itemization and the implementation of where you spend not just money your intelligence your resources your connections your energy your you know and then your effort along with your finances and that's why it's a continuum because we divide now let's say we properly divide now as we were joking [24:57] about earlier. 10 years ago I properly positioned all my money. But a whole lot changed because I was implementing wisely and well and I'm growing in my knowledge and my financial awareness and my savings are growing, my income is growing, my wealth is growing and so now I need to continue to reallocate appropriately. Maybe I was funding my my safety net and my emergency fund in the beginning, but I need to stop that and now reallocate the money that was going to that to the next tool as I'm building up this pyramid. That's another example, but it's really a continuum of allocating [25:32] what I'm learning, who I know, how I know to do it, who I'm working with, my my money, my time because all of that is shifting. If we're successful at this plan, we're creating the shift. We're actually causing the original plan to shift and morph as you said earlier, Kevin, it's going to morph into something else because we were successful with the initial plan, now we need to reallocate. Even John, what you're doing now, it you reallocated recently a lot of your own financial things off of this map even though you had them set before, you then came into [26:08] new understanding and you reallocated. Isn't that true? [26:12] >> Yeah, and and you know, I mean I was going to say ditto 5,000 times more than you guys are saying, but I also want folks to understand that the stuff in the foundations of wealth um 90% of that's going to be during your working years, right? While you're building your your income, while you're growing, while you're uh out there owning your business, as you're as you're doing more opportunities, more of your active life, so that when you get into the green portion, and we're going to talk about that in future episodes, now you're able to say that, hey, I've got all of this stuff good to go and I'm checking on it. [26:49] I think we talked about it earlier, you know, you start at 80% on the bottom level and 20% on the top with the accelerators, eventually we want to shift that. We want to just spend about 20% on the foundations, making sure things are moving in the right direction, growing, and then taking the financial education and bringing that into the investment world for investment education, investment growth, diversification. Now I'm multiplying this income during my working years to grow into an area where I can wake up when I'm 45, 25, 55, whatever it is, and say, "I don't have to work anymore." And [27:24] now I can do things that I've only dreamed of doing uh throughout my life. So, yeah, it's really cool. [27:31] >> Maybe one of those things starts with an L. Also, for many people, I think legacy [27:37] >> Mhm. [27:37] >> is a really important thing to people. And if you cycle through this well multiple times, and you're can cuz you're considering others, right? There's that external consideration that we talk about with both pyramids that we have, and talking about others, then you're thinking about, "What am I leaving behind? What impact am I making now? What are others going to need? What what do I want to shelter them from? What do I want to provide them to? And what do I want to leave open for flexibility for them to walk into themselves and have that freedom and not restrict people?" You know, there's so many considerations. [28:09] >> Yeah, JC, and and I want to I want to highlight something you said a few minutes ago when you were talking about asset allocation, and I I don't think you you you glanced over it per se, but I think that whenever we're talking about finances and the term asset allocation comes up, people tend to think of it in terms of, you know, this this percentage in real estate and this percentage in stocks. And I [28:33] >> Mhm. [28:34] >> As cliche as this sounds, the most important asset we have is our time. [28:39] >> Oh, yes. [28:40] >> How we allocate that asset [28:43] >> Amen. [28:43] >> is going to make all the difference in our lives. And and this is kind of getting to what you were saying, John. Yeah, you know, earlier in our lives we may have to allocate 80% of our time to to building our income so that we can we have that foundation and then we can move on to into the accelerators of wealth. But once we're in the accelerators of wealth, what that hopefully will also do for us is mean we no longer have to spend 80% of our time on finances. Now maybe we can spend [29:18] 50% or 25% of our time. And I I you know, I I hesitate to say, you know, we don't have to work anymore because again [29:42] >> But you get to do you get to do the things you want to do, right? Maybe it's you want to be a mentor or someone, you want to work at your church, work in the community, right? So it's like you don't have to worry about a paycheck. You get up and put your feet on the ground and say, I get to do whatever I want today. And that's exciting. [29:59] >> In my case, I want I I don't really have a plan to retire. I mean, what I do is not physically taxing and you know, you you talk to some of my clients, they will probably tell you, you know, I think Kevin's kind of in love with us. [30:14] >> [laughter] [30:15] >> I think the I think the most fun part of my day is when I get to meet with, you know, some of my clients and we're I don't know, we're we're we're reminiscing about being in the military or we're talking about our kids or whatever, right? So um so I think that what you know, the pinnacle of the pyramid there is financial freedom, but financial freedom is really freedom writ large. [30:37] >> Right. [30:38] >> Right. It is and I I guess the terms that I use, guys, is elective versus obligatory. We can focus our life on electives that are things that we want to do, and we no longer have to monetize our efforts. If someone wants to give us something great, if they don't, fine. I'm not doing it for the money. I'm doing it because I care. I'm doing it because I want to. I'm doing it because I'm giving back. I'm doing it because that's my nature. I'm doing it because we enjoy relationships and helping people. That's why we're doing this call, aren't we? Isn't that right? We all got together cuz we love and we [31:13] have a passion for helping people and sharing what we know and seeing other people thrive. [31:19] >> And the most exciting thing that I get to do is when my kids talk to me and say, "Dad, you know, look at my Roth IRA is doing." And an 18-year-old saying that. And and my 21-year-old saying, "Dad, look at the compounded returns I'm making on my IRA." And I'm like, "These kids are 18 and 21 years old." And I'm just loving it. [31:38] >> Hey Jesse, we got to do an intervention. [31:40] >> Yeah. [31:41] >> [laughter] [31:42] >> We got to do an intervention, I think. I mean, like I I I dig compound interest, but man, I I think there's other things I'd want to hear from my kids. [31:51] >> [laughter] [31:53] >> Oh gosh, that's [31:55] >> We're good talkers, too, and we have fun, so. [31:57] >> Okay. Okay. [32:00] >> There you go. [32:01] >> Yeah. And like what could you come to into the next episode as we get into the foundations and we move forward into that in that portion of the triangle or the pillars. Um where are you at and how comfortable you are because you want to be able to have that comfort in those foundations when we go into the next the next one because we're going to have a lot of fun, but [33:55] this is really important. These are like prerequisites that you really want to make sure you're comfortable with. [34:01] >> [laughter] [34:02] >> Okay, Professor. [34:03] >> Professor, homework. [34:05] >> I know you're going to assign homework. Okay, well Do you see any you're you're the non-military guy. We'll give you We'll give you safe grounds. [34:15] >> Thank you. What I hear in my life from many people that I deal with is, "I can't find a place, the one that I trust, two that I'm aware of, and three that's comprehensive enough. I get different bits of misinformation and information all over the place. There's [34:50] so many voices." What we hope to do is to bring it together in a very concise, and concentric, and organized manner that your mind can receive, you can act on it.
